Continuing their partnership, e-commerce giant Amazon and retail giant Best Buy have launched the Insignia F50 Fire TVs. The F50 smart TVs comes as the expansion to the existing Insignia Fire TVs lineup and better it with some key additions. The latest TVs from the company not only run Fire OS out of the box, they also come with features like 4K panel, Dolby Vision HDR, Quantum Dot technology and more.
The new TVs also support DTS Virtual:X surround sound via the built-in speakers.
The F50 series Fire TVs will be available in screen sizes from 50-inch to 70-inch and the price will start at $599. The TVs will be available for purchase later this summer. Upon launch, the TVs will be available for purchase online via Amazon website and it will also be available for in-store pickup at the Best Buy Stores in Canada and US.
The new F50 series Insignia TVs will come with Amazon’s updated Fire TV interface which is now more content focused than the previous version. Apart from that they will also come with Alexa support and a voice enabled remote with a dedicated Alexa button for voice requests.
The full details about the F50 series TVs haven’t been released by either of the companies, we can expect to learn more about the TVs by the time they go on sale.
