Belcan, a portfolio company of AE Industrial Partners, has bought professional services contractor owned by disabled veterans VICTOR42 for an undisclosed sum in a move to expand its work with government and defense clients.
VICTOR42, based in Washington, DC, provides special operations and information technology support to government clients such as the Defense Threat Reduction Agency, the U.S. Special Operations Command and the Department of Veterans Affairs. , Belcan said Thursday.
VICTOR42’s private sector clients include Palantir Technologies (NYSE: PLTR), CACI International (NYSE: CACI), IBM (NYSE: IBM), and Jacobs (NYSE: J).
Kirkland & Ellis and PwC were Belcan’s legal and financial advisors in the transaction, respectively, while Impresa Legal Group was the legal advisor to the acquired company.
The agreement marks the 17th acquisition of Belcan with the support of private equity firm AEI.
