Richard LeVinus joined North Branch Construction in the role of safety director. It comes to the company with experience in construction safety and has extensive OSHA safety and health certifications relevant to the construction and industry sector. LeVinus will be responsible for managing all aspects of North Branch Construction’s safety program, including weekly workplace visits, the establishment of workplace safety plans, and employee training.
Daniel Salmonson comes to North Branch Construction as a project superintendent with over 20 years of experience as a project superintendent throughout Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Vermont and New York State. Salmonson has experience in the education, hospitality, manufacturing, commercial and retail, medical, municipal and multi-unit housing sectors.
Katie St. Jean, who was hired as a receptionist, comes to North Branch Construction for the hospitality industry, having worked in various public management and administration roles. St. Jean will provide administrative assistance to various departments of the North Branch Construction organization, in addition to being the first point of contact for visitors to North Branch’s headquarters in Concord.
Matt Mayberry was appointed executive director of the NH Home Builders Association. Mayberry brings extensive experience in civic and political engagement. Mayberry is also the Citizen of the Year of the Dover Chamber of Commerce in 2021.
Lee Despres was named SAU 24’s director of technology as of July 1, 2021. He arrives at SAU 24 in the Pelham School District, where he has been the interim director of information technology since December. Prior to Pelham, he was the director of information technology for the Merrimack Valley School District. He has also worked in computer science at Plymouth High School, Pinkerton Academy and the law firm Sulloway and Hollis.
