The cyberattack on the Irish healthcare system two weeks ago has led to an increase in the number of people enrolled in cybersecurity-related courses, according to Irish learning institutions.
UCD Professional Academy has reported a 25% increase in the number of applicants who have enrolled in its cybersecurity and ethical piracy courses over the past two weeks compared to the previous two weeks.
