Change of the Constitution
The Democratic ruling committee of the Supreme Court and its agenda to change it should scare the entire U.S. to the bottom. This is their agenda as they stated. “In addition to a working group examining the size of the court, it will have groups on other possible changes to the court, including the creation of term limits or a mandatory retirement age; laws as unconstitutional, expanding the number of cases the court must hear, and limiting its ability to decide important issues without complete information and arguments. “
The current administration has decided that they are much smarter than the founding fathers who wrote the constitution that has worked for over 300 years. All Americans should express their objection to any manipulation of our basic elements that have kept our country the most democratic and free society in history.
The very idea that any party should manipulate a fundamental aspect of our constitution should frighten everyone. If they can force this change, our Charter of Rights, the rest of the Constitution and the very fabric of our country will be destroyed.
This is the path that every dictator has used to take absolute control over a country. Suppress your rights, change or package governing bodies, ban anything they disagree with, and then create a police state to enforce their government.
The Biden / Harris / Pelosi / Schumer gangs are the most direct threat to our existence as a free country we have ever seen in our entire history. The majority of the population who voted for them and the general media have turned their backs instead of defending the Constitution.
I ask all Californians to contact their representatives at all levels of government and express their concern. With the planned withdrawal, expelling the current governor and his comrades would be a great first step. Hopefully we don’t wake up too late and see that we have become slaves.
Cybersecurity is a complex task
The guest editorial “The protection of our resources should take precedence over charging stations” is useless. I have been working on cybersecurity issues for several years. Everyone, without exception, will tell you that there is no perfect defense. Nothing to do with charging stations: the entire federal budget could not guarantee it. The NSA has even been violated.
More could and should be done at all levels of government, perhaps especially at the local level, including services such as water and public safety. The devil appears in the details, but the publisher has none, just a name.
He is also ignorant. Colonial Pipeline is a private company. The federal government, including the DOE, does not manage or oversee its cybersecurity or IT procedures. You can advise and demand some protection rules, but not choose them, design or install them, let alone supervise your staff.
Cybersecurity is a major issue and threats continue to grow. It is also a complex task.
First: Which country in the 1960s was the richest country in Latin America and the fourth richest country in the world with a per capita income not far behind that of the United States? He then embraced socialism accompanied by identity policies with an emphasis on ethnicity and race, attacks on the rich, the dismantling of their constitution, the packaging of their supreme court, the mandate to conform to their educational institutions. along with some revisionist history and arms confiscation.
Now the country is in ruins with runaway inflation, useless currencies, a starving population, one of the highest crime rates in the world, shortages of drugs and water, regular power outages and millions fleeing the country .
The answer: Venezuela
Second: In what known country do we now see signs of welcoming socialism accompanied by the things that characterized the rise of socialism in Venezuela?
The answer: It’s obvious, isn’t it?
