In this latest installment of our series, vendors share their remaining ideas.
Over the past four months, Channel Futures has explored several pressing aspects of cybersecurity and protection against threats that managed security service providers must now understand. The above quotas are devoted to the following areas:
The whole issue arose when threat protection providers announced a slew of new platforms in early 2021. The timing, of course, made sense. The SolarWinds debacle had come to light. Other cybersecurity attacks were ongoing (and continue). However, instead of writing about each solution deployed by providers, Channel Futures sought to gain a deeper understanding from channel leaders and executives. This series aims to educate MSSPs in a different way and perhaps provide them with new approaches to consider.
In the fifth installment, we asked vendors what cybersecurity challenges channel partners should expect when working to protect customer threats. We have presented several answers. That final slide show (above) in the series, the advice given by the sellers is explained.
However, there are so many nooks and crannies down to cybersecurity that we certainly haven’t covered the entire range, even in a series in depth. So expect more slide shows over the next few months. If there is a specific topic you would like to discuss with your suppliers, please email the author.
