The Great Manager Institute has incorporated leaders from various disciplines into its board with the goal of expanding its technology-led staff coaching business.
Guru Bhat, successful vice president of Paypal client, Dibyendra Nath Mukerjea, popularly known as Bonny in the media industry and chief digital business executive of RP-Sanjiv Goenka Group, Nandita Gurjar, former Infosys CHRO, and Kiran Khalap, co-founder of Chlorophyll (Brand Consulting), joined the current advisory board which also includes Bala Malladi, CEO of ACT, and Prasenjit Bhattacharya, co-founder of the Great Manager Institute and director of Great Place to Work India.
The company, founded by Bhattacharya, Ashwin Srivastava and Dalreen Patrao, has previously received investments from Malladi, Srikanth Karra, CHRO of Mphasis, and Ramesh Shankar, a veteran HR professional and author, formerly head of human resources at Siemens.
“We are looking for experience in the fields of cultural transformation and people management, customer success, scalable technology, consumer analysis, branding and community building. We were able to grow our business approximately 3 times. despite the COVID-19 crisis, we believe we are in the right place to expand significantly, with a focus on end consumers of our products and services, people managers.With this approach, we need experts who believe in our vision basic of creating a world where every individual has an opportunity to work with great people managers, ”says Neelima Gulavani, the company’s chief operating officer, as to the reason for choosing these leaders.
Bhat has had excellent experience providing technical leadership and senior management to architecture teams and software product development of large companies, while Khalap has been a sales author, TEDx speaker and has been president of ACSAC ( Awareness and Communication Strategy Advisory Council), a committee created by UIDAI, which created Aadhar’s strategy and chose its identity in 2010.
Gurjar has been an independent director of various organizations such as Birlasoft, Sai Life Sciences and Galaxy Surfactants and a former student of Harvard Business School, while holding leadership and advisory positions for various companies, focusing on its people management strength. Bonny is a well-known name in media circles, having previously been a founding editor of Fortune India and president of ABP Digital, where he built ABP’s digital business across multiple brands.
