Several leaks and rumours have already confirmed the upcoming Fan Edition of Galaxy S21. The alleged Galaxy S21FE was earlier expected to launch before the Unpacked event. However, the launch, as per some sources, got delayed till October this year.
The smartphone has now bagged the Bluetooth SIG certification, according to a report by Gizmochina.
According to the report, some Samsung smartphones with SM-G990B, SM-G990B_DS and SM-G990N have received certification by Bluetooth SIG.
The report also suggests that the smartphone will come with a previous generation Bluetooth 5.0 instead of Bluetooth 5.2, despite being an upper mid-range premium smartphone.
The certification does not reveal any other details about the alleged Galaxy S21 FE smartphone. However, based on previous leaks and rumours, it is expected to feature a 6.4-inch FHD+ AMOLED display with 120Hz refresh rate.
It will be powered by either Qualcomm Snapdragon 888SoC or Exynos 2100 based on the region. It is expected to come with 8GB RAM and 256GB onboard storage.
In terms of the camera, the smartphone is likely to come with a 12MP triple-rear camera setup and a 32MP front camera.
Other features include a 4500mAh battery, 25W fast charging, 15W wireless fast charging and One UI 3.1.1 based on Android 11.
