Bidathanapalli arrives at CNSI through Edifecs Technologies, where he spent six years as director and head of people and culture, focusing on culture, wellness, talent acquisition, branding, diversity and inclusion, performance and rewards and corporate social responsibility. Prior to being at Edifecs, he held senior human resource roles at RoundGlass and SAP Concur.
